Founded by Dr. Dina Miller, OD, IACMM, a certified myopia management specialist with over a decade of experience, our center was born from a growing need—one we saw firsthand in our community, and one we could no longer ignore.
This isn’t just our specialty—it’s our passion. From advanced diagnostics like axial length measurement to customized treatment plans that include Ortho-K (WAVE NightLens), atropine therapy, and soft myopia control lenses, we offer cutting-edge solutions in a warm, family-centered environment. The tulip
in our logo is a tribute to Dr. Miller’s late aunt, Laleh, whose name translates to “tulip” in Farsi. Raised by a hardworking single mother, Dr. Miller experienced firsthand how financial barriers can impact a child’s healthcare when she needed braces. Laleh stepped in to cover the cost, an act of profound generosity that forever changed Dr. Miller’s perspective. Today, that legacy of compassion is the driving force behind Myopia Center of Texas. It is why our practice is intentionally structured to make specialized, top-tier myopia care financially accessible to families without ever compromising the standard of care.
